About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Host/Hostess to join our team at Pan Pacific London. As a Head Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embodies the essence of hospitality and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Orchestrates a symphony of service that transforms each guest's visit into a memorable and delightful experience.
  • Ensures the smooth functioning of the front-of-house operations and contributes significantly to the restaurant's overall success and reputation in the realm of luxury dining.
  • Communicates reservation or cancellation changes to the management as they arise throughout the shift.
  • Anticipates guests' needs, responds promptly, and acknowledges all guests.
  • Is familiar with all the operation services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry.
