We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to join our team at American Express. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Support the day-to-day operations of marketing campaign launches and delivery processes, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and technology teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and explaining platform capabilities to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program, with a predicted 2:1 degree or international equivalent, graduating in 2026. Studying marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong strategic mindset and customer focus, with the ability to challenge the status quo and see the bigger picture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both marketing partners and technology partners.
- Energetic and self-driven personality, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
