Operational Excellence & Business Risk StrategyOur Operational Excellence & Business Risk Strategy team is responsible for designing, implementing, and documenting risk management processes and controls. We work closely with the ICS business, compliance, and legal partners to ensure that American Express meets regulatory and brand expectations in marketing and selling products and services to customers.
We're passionate about driving the company's goals of growth and progress through innovation and collaboration. Our team members have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from anti-money laundering to process engineering, and strategy. What You'll Do- Work on meaningful projects that have real business impact
- Develop technical and interpersonal skills through training and mentorship
- Collaborate with senior management and colleagues to drive innovation and growth
- Participate in social and networking events to build relationships and learn about the company culture
- Have the opportunity to return as a Graduate after completing the internship
