OCS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality catering service to patients, staff, and visitors, maintaining a clean and safe environment, in an efficient and safe manner in accordance with the specification.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure the necessary duties are carried out to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the hospital and associated areas.
  • Carry out audits required for specific areas.
  • Prepare, cook, and present food to the highest standards.
  • Ensure that the working environment is clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Effectively supervise a team.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of your shift, including promotions, cash handling, staff training, and securing the premises.
  • Provide supervision for a staff catering outlet and patient services.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a previous Catering supervisory role.
  • Experience in setting menus for restaurant and patient services.
  • Experience in nutritional and allergen processes with a good understanding of all current laws and legislations.
  • HACCP.
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification, e.g. Food Hygiene Certificate.
