We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team in the Southwest region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery outputs, including programme, financial position, health safety, environmental performance, and progress for allocated schemes. A good understanding of NEC contract conditions and astute commercial awareness are essential for this role.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills to oversee multiple concurrent projects. The candidate must be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, they must have excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery outputs, including programme, financial position, health safety, environmental performance, and progress for allocated schemes.
  • Evaluate and implement project management plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as commercial, framework, and regional directors, to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Health & Safety regulations, CDM regulations, and Environmental legislation.
