Customer Experience Liaison

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring regular contact with all our customers and building strong relationships with them.
- Liaise with our technical teams to provide information and quotes to our clients in a timely manner.
- Schedule engineers according to each client's service level agreement and manage their diary to ensure efficient time allocation.
- Responsible for resolving faults from first point of contact through to completion.
- Liaise with procurement department to ensure orders are documented, placed, received and return engineer visits booked as necessary.
- Handle client complaints professionally and comprehensively, escalating to senior management if necessary.
