Job Title: Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our dynamic team at Priory Hospital Enfield. As a Bank RMN, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

  • Develop therapeutic relationships with patients to optimize engagement and promote positive outcomes.
  • Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring progress.
  • Work as a Primary Nurse/Care Coordinator for an identified group of patients, consistently working within the clinical governance framework.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant nursing qualification and registration.
  • Excellent team working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach.
  • A commitment to patient-centered care and values-based practice.
