Job Overview

Staffline Driving is seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to join our team at our Basingstoke Distribution Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate vehicle and load details to drivers using a digital system, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle and driver information, including hours worked and mileage.
  • Collaborate with the transportation team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of the day.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and drivers, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a transportation or logistics role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in using digital systems and software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
