We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing the lifecycle of sale, purchase, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity files from inception to completion.
- Liaise with senior team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform daily tasks to a high standard, including:
- Dealing with client and third-party inquiries
- Preparing draft contracts and responding to client queries
- Liaising with clients to achieve desired move dates
- Checking and working in accordance with daily task lists and key deadlines
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and provide updates on file progress
- Assist with departmental compliance of anti-money laundering regulations and quality procedures
- Ensure a high standard of file management and awareness of essential procedures
- At least 1 year's experience working in a busy conveyancing team
- Good standard of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail
- Pleasant manner, flexible, and co-operative
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and take responsibility for the quality of work
- Excellent client care
- Good typing skills
