Job Description:
RGH-Global Ltd is seeking a Records Information Governance Lead to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading law firm and contribute to the development of their digital-first approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing retention in the document management system and ensuring that records are destroyed at the right time with the appropriate approvals in place.

We are looking for someone who has experience in data quality assurance and analysis, as well as proficiency in manipulating large datasets. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of records management systems and be able to provide support on high-profile projects. They will also have experience of working with external vendors and suppliers.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data quality assurance and analysis on the records management system.
  • Providing support on a wide range of high-profile projects.
  • Liaising with external vendors on deliveries and collections.
  • Experience of analyzing and manipulating large amounts of data.
