About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Castore, a leading sportswear brand. As a key member of our marketing function, you will play a lead role in building lasting relationships with our partners and delivering first-class marketing executions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness
  • Work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and account managers to deliver marketing activity alongside our biggest Motorsport partners
  • Exercise contractual partnership rights and benefits to maximize ROI
  • Liaise with key partners to activate joint partner marketing initiatives
  • Create, coordinate, and activate marketing plans to achieve ideal sell-through rates
  • Brief and manage internal and external creative and design teams to deliver campaign marketing communication, branded space, kit, and POS materials
  • Analytical focus on measuring marketing impact, ROI, and ability to synthesize findings
  • Present marketing plans and regular brand updates to retail marketing teams and commercial teams aligned to the overall marketing strategy
  • Budget management and the ability to track annual spend and scrutinize campaign costs
  • Maintain an annual tracker of all activity showing performance vs budget
  • Conduct regular audits of the channel, category, and competitor activity to advise future planning
  • Run the activation calendar ensuring plans are delivered to meet the needs of the partners and consumers
  • Streamline processes and operations as needed to improve any inefficiencies; make recommendations as needed
  • Working closely with the account team to create and present account-specific pre-line and sell-in presentations
Requirements
  • Marketing experience with a well-rounded approach to multiple disciplines (Brand, Retail, Product, Digital Marketing)
  • Management experience
  • Relevant experience in a marketing role working with and developing consumer brands on a global/regional/international level
  • Good understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to deliver campaigns from awareness through to conversion
  • Process-driven with a clear understanding of working across multiple stakeholders, wholesalers, seasons, products, categories, agencies, and departments
  • Comprehensive experience pitching, converting, and managing brand marketing partnerships
  • Pioneering and bold, able to find new ways of doing things, challenge the status quo, take an entrepreneurial approach (measured risk, high reward)
  • Drive and enthusiasm, while constantly trying to raise the level of success
  • Ability to develop innovative ideas, refine, and operationalize
  • Professional and pragmatic team player
