About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistive Technology Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding higher education students through personalized assistive technology training, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customized assistive technology tutoring to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Teach technology-enhanced study skills strategies to adult learners, promoting independence and confidence
  • Collaborate with students to arrange and manage appointments, ensuring seamless support
  • Efficiently manage personal calendar and administrative tasks, prioritizing student needs
  • Provide expert technical advice, guidance, and support, fostering a culture of inclusivity
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all interactions, upholding the highest standards of customer service
