About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Needs Practitioner to join our team in High Wycombe. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work with adults in addictions, housing, or social care settings, providing person-centered interventions to empower individuals to reduce risk, increase resilience, and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage individuals in a variety of interventions, using a person-centered approach.
  • Work flexibly across the community and within our multi-agency partnership settings.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans and interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and services.

Aquarius is a charity that helps people and communities overcome the harm caused by alcohol, drugs, and gambling. We are part of 'One Recovery Buckinghamshire' (ORB), a partnership between Inclusion (MPFT NHS Trust), Aquarius, and Build on Belief, providing support for alcohol and drug issues across Buckinghamshire.

We have almost 200 services around England, supporting around 125,000 people every year. Our services are run by nearly 3,500 amazing staff and volunteers who are passionate about making a difference in their communities.
