Job Title: Skilled Aircraft Fitter

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Fitter to join our team at Airbus Broughton, a world-renowned manufacturer of commercial aircraft. As a Skilled Aircraft Fitter, you will play a critical role in assembling wings for our aircraft, ensuring the highest level of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assemble and fit structural components, including wings, fuselage, and control surfaces.
  2. Conduct repairs on metallic and composite materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  3. Work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
  1. Completed Aerospace or Engineering Full Apprenticeship.
  2. Previous experience in similar roles, such as Sheet Metal Workers, Metal Fabricators, Welders, or Mechanical Fitters.
  3. Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  4. Knowledge and adherence to high Health and Safety standards.
