Job Description:

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Planning and Coordination Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project programmes to ensure compliance with industry standards and contract requirements.
  • Monitor project progress on-site using relevant tools, identify risks and delays, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the supply chain to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with the contract programme.

Requirements:

  • Experience with project management software, preferably ASTA.
  • Degree-educated in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience working on large-scale residential construction projects and be familiar with industry-standard software.

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Package.
