We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Connectment, responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing lifting and handling equipment from multiple brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and service various lifting and handling equipment at customer sites to ensure high-quality performance.
  2. Complete daily tasks, including service, repair, warranty, and inspection, in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional conduct and a customer-focused approach.
  4. Provide technical support to customers regarding products and services, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
  5. Accurately complete job-related paperwork to facilitate correct invoicing and ensure seamless operations.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, resolving them efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest skills and knowledge related to Connectment's products and services.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  9. Contribute to safety initiatives by reporting any unsafe actions or conditions and participating in Safety Walks, Audits, and 5S events.
Collaborative Relationships:

External: Customers, dealers, and other third-party partners.

Internal: Technical, Service, and Sales teams.

Requirements:

Education: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications.

Experience: A multi-skilled engineer with a background in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical operations.

  2. Problem-solving abilities and a quality-oriented mindset.
  3. Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
  4. Self-motivation and enthusiasm for the role.

A valid driving license is required for this position.
