About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geriatric Specialist to join our team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Care of the Elderly and Frailty Service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality subspecialty care to our elderly patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake independent outpatient clinics, utilizing your clinical expertise to develop effective management plans for patients.
  • Perform subspecialty sessions with autonomy, adhering to the generic capabilities framework for the Specialist grade.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our elderly patients.
Requirements
  • MRCP or equivalent qualification.
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council and a Licence to Practise.
  • Minimum 12 years' medical work experience, with at least 6 years in a relevant specialty.
