About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Regulatory Director to lead our regulatory strategy, governance and operations in the European Partnership Markets. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the European regulatory landscape and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support business growth in the European Partnership Markets
  • Lead a team of regulatory professionals to ensure compliance with EU regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on regulatory requirements and risks
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory agencies and third-party partners
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on regulatory matters

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Degree or master's/PhD in a scientific discipline, with additional education in leadership beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of EU regulations and guidelines, as well as experience working with third-party partners
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration and negotiation with regulatory agencies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and make strategic decisions

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
