As a committed teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development in early childhood education.


Responsibilities include collaborating with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging activities, developing strong relationships with parents and carers, and creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes social skills, emotional intelligence, and academic growth.



  • Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering activities that cater to children's diverse needs and interests.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on children's progress and offering guidance on how they can support their child's learning at home.
  • Support the creation of a safe, nurturing environment that fosters social skills, emotional intelligence, and academic growth.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Nursery Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • A recognised qualification in Early Years education (e.g., Diploma in Nursery Nursing or Early Years Educator).

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
