Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

  • Maintain awareness of ongoing sales promotions and quarterly campaigns to provide customers with relevant information.
  • Ensure accurate records of all sales activities, including customer contacts, are maintained through the showroom log.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements, such as FCA obligations, and complete necessary training programs.
  • Conduct thorough appraisals of vehicles presented for part-exchange, evaluating mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic features.
  • Prior experience in a franchised car dealership is highly desirable.
  • A valid UK driving licence is required.
