About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our residential team as Residential Child Care Officers. As a key member of our team, you will provide a caring and supportive environment for children in our care, promoting their emotional, social, and physical well-being.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children with complex needs
  • Build meaningful relationships with children and support their stability and growth
  • Work collaboratively with senior staff to advocate for children's needs and promote their welfare
  • Participate in training programs, including QCF Level 3 qualification and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI)
