IT Support Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues and provide support to end-users across multiple sites
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems using a range of software tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Support users in the use of company IT systems and provide training where required
- Perform hardware repairs and upgrades as necessary
- Administer user logins for various systems and perform basic administration of telephony systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT field-based or 2nd Line Support
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues verbally and in writing
- Ability to work under own initiative and take personal responsibility for issues
- Good awareness of computer security and understanding of implications surrounding it
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and be flexible
