HGV Technician Position

About the Role:
Kemp Recruitment is seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join their team. As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical work to the highest standards, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and modification work on the fleet of vehicles and trailers, and providing technical support from fault analysis through to pre-MOT prep and full vehicle overhauls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical work to the highest standards in line with strict health and safety requirements.
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, and modification work on the fleet of vehicles and trailers.
- Provide technical support from fault analysis through to pre-MOT prep and full vehicle overhauls.
Requirements:
- Hold an in-depth knowledge of HGV's and trailers.
- Hold an HGV licence Class 1 (desirable but not essential).
- Be a fully skilled HGV Technician with industry recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three) in heavy vehicle service, maintenance, and repair.
- Have previous experience as an HGV Technician.
