Office Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Bridgnorth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our heads of department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front of house and reception, including switchboard, meeting room management, and greeting visitors.
  • Arrange meetings and coordinate diaries.
  • Maintain our online filing system and consult with external HR support as needed.
  • Oversee onboarding and inductions for new staff and contractors.
  • Assume the role of Health & Safety Coordinator and coordinate annual risk assessments.
  • Liaise with facilities suppliers and administer procurement within the company.
  • Operate as the Network Administrator to our outsourced IT company.
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills and experience using online diaries.
  • Confident and experienced in using cloud-based file storage and systems.
  • A real people person with excellent communication skills.
