About the Position

The BBC is recruiting for a new non-executive Board member to join its ranks. As a seasoned executive with significant experience in the media or related sectors, you will play a vital role in shaping the BBC's strategic direction and contributing to key decision-making processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include attending Board meetings, participating in committee work, and providing guidance and oversight to the BBC's management team. You will also have opportunities to engage with external stakeholders, including license fee payers, government officials, and industry partners.

Salary: £33,000 per annum, plus additional fees for committee chairing responsibilities.
