Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Broadcast Technician to join our team at ITV Studios in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality client-focused support and services to productions using our technology facilities.
  • Manage media and perform or support editing processes, utilising current broadcast equipment and emerging IT technologies.
  • Assist senior members of the department and develop less senior members of the technical team.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of post-production workflows, Avid Media Composer, broadcast standards, and file formats.
  • High proficiency with broadcast IT and equipment, NLEs, DAWs, GFX software, transcoders, and standards converters.
  • Vision and hearing capable of discerning video and audio quality to broadcast standards.
