Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Nursing Associate to join our dynamic team in the Emergency Assessment Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive care to patients in the Emergency Assessment Unit
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes

About the Role

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Foundation Degree in Nursing Associate Studies
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
