The role of an RMN at Nurse Seekers is to provide high-quality care and support to young people in a specialist mental health facility near Blackburn. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires confidence in assessing acute and complex mental health issues, as well as collaborative planning and implementation of effective treatment plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and managing the mental health needs of young people
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Providing education and support to young people and their families
