Appoint Healthcare is a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs. We are proud to partner with them in their search for reliable support workers to join their team at a four-bedded child and adolescent inpatient service based in Blackburn.



As a support worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and their families. Your tasks may include taking the children out for the day, supporting the children and their families, helping out at meal times, and supporting the nurses.

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Experience working in Mental Health or with Children in a similar environment
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
