Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrator to join our team at Leonards Croft in Stafford. As a key member of our team, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll for monthly and weekly paid staff using the Priory Payroll systems.
- Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration, including processing expenses, orders, and raising cheques.
- Deal with suppliers and manage petty cash reconciliation.
- Provide excellent customer service and deal with incoming queries.
- Support the Service Manager and wider Service with administration tasks, including diary management.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional organization, reception, and clerical skills. Experience working within a care setting is desirable.
