Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new and existing accounts, collaborating with the CEO to refine the company's sales strategy, and serving as the face of the company. You'll also lead and manage a motivated sales team, focusing on performance metrics and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Manage a dynamic sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure key performance targets are met.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Serve as the ambassador for the company, representing the brand at industry events and meetings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong background in sales, with experience in managing a team and developing new business. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients will be essential for this role.
