Impact Food Group is a leading provider of catering services to the education sector, with a focus on delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chef to join our team, working in close collaboration with the onsite Chef Manager to ensure seamless meal delivery for two academies.
The successful candidate will possess strong culinary expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
About the role
Job Title: Lead Kitchen Team Member
School Location: Based from Jewell Academy (BH8) and travel to Oceans Academy
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts & Working hours: 9am-3pm (30 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
Pay Details: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for a large group of students using fresh seasonal ingredients
- Pack and transport meals to Oceans Academy, serving at the primary school, and returning to Jewell Academy
- Work collaboratively with the onsite Chef Manager to achieve efficient meal delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and restaurant areas
