**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team at Mass Impressions Ltd. As a key member of our digital media department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that engages audiences and drives results.

**Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Video Editor with a standout portfolio, proficiency in video editing software, and strong visual storytelling skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, and promos.
  • Work with the wider team to understand project needs and create engaging stories.
  • Add graphics, animations, and effects to make videos pop.
  • Keep project files organised and stick to deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest editing tech and best practices.
  • Handle smaller client accounts, from receiving content to editing long and short-form videos.
  • Manage client feedback and approvals.
  • Get content ready for posting and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Use AI tools to make the editing process more efficient.
**Requirements**
  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a standout portfolio.
  • Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and video formats.
  • Up-to-date with trends in social media and the entertainment industry.
**Compensation & Benefits**
  • A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
