We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Complex Support Worker to join our team in Whitehaven. As a Care Professional for Complex Needs, you will provide outstanding care and support to young people with Autism and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with our nurse-led complex care team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
