Job Responsibilities:
This role involves working as a Healthcare Support Worker on Keats Ward and Conan Doyle Ward at the Western Community Hospital. Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining patient safety and wellbeing
• Promoting privacy and dignity
• Supporting patients with rehabilitation and recovery
• Providing personal care where required
• Facilitating patient-focus groups and activities
• Conducting clinical and environmental risk assessments
• Offering information on improving health and wellbeing
• Escorting patients to other hospitals or care settings as needed

Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent, as well as a qualification at Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a related subject. Experience working in a healthcare setting, particularly with vulnerable adults, is essential.

Salary Details:
The annual salary for this position is £23,615, based on full-time hours.
