About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be required to attend safeguarding training and report any concerns.
