About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our Night Shift team at Ashworth Grange. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, promoting a culture of kindness and compassion
  • Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Recognize and report signs of abuse, harm, or neglect
