Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a beautiful care home in Dewsbury. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and independence are respected at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Contribute to care planning and coaching support workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Recognize and facilitate the daily needs of residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Empathetic and caring nature.
