About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily life of our client, assisting with their epilepsy and learning difficulties.

Our client lives in a local residential service, where they receive 2:1 care. Our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will provide continuous support and guidance as you grow in your role.

Shift Pattern

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week. Shifts are available Monday through Sunday, and you can choose your preferred days, which will constitute your fixed schedule.

Shift details:

  • Type: Days or Nights
  • Hours: 8:00-20:00 or 20:00 – 8:00
  • Payrate: up to £17.57 per hour

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous care experience of 6 months
  • Complex Care experience is preferred, but training is provided
  • Full UK Driving License
