Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and medication management
- Encourage individuals to access their local communities, socialise, and engage in activities
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality service
