About the Role

Achieving for Children is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. As a Business Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Support Manager and their Deputy within the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake administrative duties, including data input and record-keeping.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Support Team to provide a shared support service to executives, managers, and professional teams across AfC.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.

You will have strong organizational abilities, including time management, creative thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking. You will also be able to work well under pressure and be flexible in your approach to carrying out tasks.
