We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team at Realm Recruit. As a leading recruitment agency specializing in private client, contentious probate, and court of protection recruitment, we are committed to finding the best talent for our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer with at least eight years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in our growth and development, working closely with our experienced team of lawyers and recruitment specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on a range of probate work, including wills disputes and Inheritance Act claims on behalf of high-net-worth and vulnerable individuals.
  • Work closely with our team to develop business development strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing your expertise and knowledge with colleagues.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, helping to identify and attract top talent for our clients.

Requirements
  • At least eight years of PQE in contentious probate law.
