Job Title: Crane and Lifting Equipment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Crane and Lifting Equipment Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of crane and lifting equipment across various client sites.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of crane and lifting equipment to ensure compliance with LOLER and PUWER regulations
* Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
* Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions
* Provide training and guidance to clients on the safe operation and maintenance of crane and lifting equipment
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our equipment and services remain at the forefront of the market

Requirements:

* HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine, or Automotive Engineering
* Significant experience in crane and lifting equipment maintenance, repair, and operation
* Strong knowledge of LOLER and PUWER regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
