About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our dynamic team at SSP Group. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example in a fast-paced environment, driving excellence in customer service and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the unit's opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence and adhering to guidelines.
  • Coordinate team efforts, guiding and supporting colleagues to maintain a safe working and dining environment.
  • Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
  • Recognise and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading by example and promoting inclusivity and motivation.
  • Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions to ensure the team's success.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of hospitality or retail operations, with a focus on customer service and team management.
