Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Admissions to lead our admissions team and drive student enrollment growth. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from around the world.

This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education. You will work closely with the Headmaster and other senior leaders to achieve our strategic goals and contribute to the school's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to increase student enrollment
  • Lead the admissions team to ensure seamless delivery of student services
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the school's brand and values
  • Build relationships with international partners and educational institutions
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize recruitment efforts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in admissions leadership or a related field
  • Strong understanding of education policies and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
