Premises Assistant - Educational Environment

We are seeking a highly skilled Premises Assistant - Educational Environment to join our premises team at Philosophy Education. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our school facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the premises manager and team with daily tasks, including cleaning and maintenance.
  • Prepare areas within the school for events, such as setting up furniture and equipment.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs, including electrical and plumbing tasks.
  • Conduct weekly fire alarm tests and record the results in a spreadsheet.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of Philosophy Education. Applicants should have previous experience in building maintenance and be willing to hold an Enhanced DBS certificate.
