The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Center Learning Team is seeking a talented individual to develop a certification program for data center roles. This exciting opportunity will allow you to apply your knowledge of behavioral psychology, organizational development, business analytics, and data science to create a reliable assessment method for work-ready staff.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. Our team supports all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have access to innovative solutions. We're looking for skilled professionals who want to help us deliver high standards for safety and security while providing infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop a competency framework for various data center roles based on inputs from Global Business Owners.
  2. Work with peers to integrate skill-testing tools into a certification examination strategy.
  3. Use statistical analysis to validate assessments and ensure they are reliable indicators of performance globally.
  4. Collect and analyze assessment data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in assessment methods and workforce competencies.

Expected Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
