As a Relationship Case Manager, you will play a vital role in our day-to-day operations, working closely with clients, tutors, and young people to ensure a positive and supportive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student-Tutor Matching: Connect students with suitable tutors based on their unique needs and learning styles, creating a tailored educational experience.
  • Tutor Recruitment: Source and evaluate potential tutors, working closely with the screening team to maintain a pool of qualified educators.
  • Case Management: Oversee student cases from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for all involved parties.

Requirements
