Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Pyramid8 is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join their team in Sheffield. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the Life Science sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission medical instrumentation and software
  • Perform preventative maintenance and qualification of equipment
  • Diagnose and repair complex systems
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers
  • Schedule and prioritize service jobs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with product demonstrations and training
  • Prepare and submit service reports to customers
Requirements:
  • Experience in Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) or Liquid Scintillation Counting
  • Full driving license
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical or Nuclear Medicine industries
  • Experience with radioactivity is an advantage
