**About the Role:**
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and has the skills and qualifications to make a real difference in the lives of others. You'll work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
**Requirements:**
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of £25,500 - £32,000 per year (dependent on experience).
